Paradise Nails Spa was originally designed in 2011. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of nail salon and spa services, offering environmentally-friendly lifestyle products under the highest standards of business ethics.
At our salon, we follow this policy for the mutual convenience of the customers and the salon.
• We have the right to refuse or stop service for any person who is rude or comes with a bad attitude.
• If you are diabetic, or have any infection, we might refuse services. If you insist on still receiving the service, it will be at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any consequences.
•No loud phone calls or conversations are allowed inside the salon.
• No refund will be issued on lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will try our st to address your best to address your issues with the services
• Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the prices with the nail techs also before receiving the services.
• You will be fully responsible for your personal belongings during your visit. You will have to pay compensation if you damage any of the salon products during the visit.
• If you are coming with kids, we request you to take care of them. No animals or pets shall be allowed in a salon, except trained animals to assist the hearing impaired, visually impaired or the physically disabled.
• Please do not take any pictures in the salon without our consent.
• Nail Fix: If you need to have your nails fixed and it is still under our guarantee policy, please visit us to have them repaired. If you go to another salon then you will be subject to paying for the nail fix
• Gel Polish and Dip Powder: We offer a service guarantee for seven days. If your Gel Manicure or Dip Powder chips within seven days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you. Please be prepared to let us know the day you came and the technician that worked on you.
• Punctuality: Please contact a salon coordinator if it appears
That you are going to be late for an appointment. If you are expecting to be more than 10 minutes late we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, well make every effort to do so. In some cases, we may require you to reschedule
